The first step:

Open the printer cover, and pull the jammed paper by way slowly, not forced because it could damage the printer.

Step two:

unplug the printer power cable to reset the printer. Replace the printer power cable and try to use it.

Try to open the Control Panel> Administrative Tools or Control Panel> Performance and maintenace> Administrative Tools> Services Open service PRINT SPOILER, and turn off the process by clicking the "STOP". Then click Start> Printers and faxs, right click> Refresh. Rerun service Print Spoiler we stop earlier, with click "START". The printer is ready to be used again.
